Consideration women’s empowerment. care India organized two multiple awareness camps in two stats uttrakhand & uttar perdesh to make women aware about their rites & women’s welfare schemes . we made them aware at several points like domestic violence, rite of education, rite of information & value of children education etc. & how they can raise collective voice on an issue. Care India had hired lowers also in both camp. who gave them legal advice on rites & other issue. Making dialogs, care India came to know their grievance & committed to give a platform to raise their voice along with motivating for self help group formation. During the camp some of participants express their will to be skilled due to their fiscal crises. care India also observed a need to make them skill to reduce their dausry & poverty which was main cause behind their misery. now we are looking for a sustainable solution sound of their social customs. Both camp had same situation. To improve women leadership, there also needs to be a focus on other elements like women’s education, awareness & their engagement in the society which can’t be imagine with out prosperity.
