The under utilization of women labor power created poverty in families. As the earning of male members hardly sufficient to cater their food & other needs. Care India understood this grievous & find out a sustainable & effective solution in the aspect of skill development training in brocading Care India established a brocading vocational training center for women at gungeru village in district shamle (u.p.) north India which proved a mile stone in their life.
