Care India believes unemployment is main cause behind illiteracy, innutrition & some kind crime. A big part of Indian population is young but not skilled. Resulting nation is facing illiteracy, innutrition etc. Indian youths in both rural & urban areas have potential but unable to come forward due to lack of skill. There is need to give them a launch paid. After a deep survey care India came to know above defined grass root reality & made a strategic plan. we made a calibration with several consultancy & came to know their requirement. Dehradun is a education hub that is why most of staff in requirement is IT skilled. We found there is a huge scoop For IT skill candidate in Deradun, sela que industrial area ,haridwar sidcul, sitar ganj.etc.care India conducted a deep survey in entire city to short list such beneficiaries who are potential & in actual need. Giving six months skill development training, along with communication skill & English speaking, facing interview etc. care India made them skilled at all level & in deferent application like tally , m.s. office ,d.t.p., as per consultancy requirement & beneficiaries choice. Care India got them appointed in deferent companies & private education institute, agency. Since then, they have been working there happily. Where as some of them change their companies & agency consideration batter opportunity.But only this is not a problem Unemployment problem is much acute in rural areas the half rural population of the country means women labor power is under utilization due to lack of skill & education. The facilities available in urban area for higher education & skill development are so costly. They are unable to avail due to social customs also. Consequently, they remain Unskilled & facing poverty illiteracy.
