For illiterate female youths care India repeated same mechanism for the empowerment of weaker section. we create several venue for vocational training at deferent places in need & for deferent trade. We conducted a six months leather bag designing zari work training program in Dehradun (u.k.) 30 women got training in that training center. We made them skilled at all level including market efficiency & bank linkage to establish in the market. We made teem sound how they can manage business along with their social responsibilities. care India established a brocading center also in NABARD calibration for short listed potential beneficiaries in need. Having come skilled through care India, now they have been earning their living smoothly by establishing their own units & wage employment. Care India emphasized more on livelihood in 2012. Care India conducted several employment oriented programs for the empowerment of weaker section in need. The increase in population is creating problem day by day in the field of literacy, employment, skill development.
The attempt is being done by govt. agencies are not keeping pace with requirement. the problem is much acute in rural areas due to lack of facilities for education, & skill development specifically For female youths they have no option except domestic help. So, their labor power remains under utilization. Consequently, they have been facing poverty, illiteracy, innutrition, because male earning hardly sufficient to cater their food & other need. Social customs also a major problem for female to come forward. After a research across two states, cares India came to know all above defined problem. Care India made a strategic plan sound of their problem & social customs. Convincing their family, care India created an intention among them to gain skill for their prosperity & to come forward. We explained them full plan of care India. That, what is care India going to do for them & how they can contribute in their family economy & give education & a base full future to their children. Then care India conducted a survey to select agreed
Beneficiaries & established several skill development training center for deferent trade in two state u.p. & uttrakhand. We created a training center for brocading (zari work) at kandhla distict shamle (up). We gave them six months training & made them skilled at all level including market efficiency , fiscal management. So that they may competition in market perfectly. We formatted group also of those beneficiaries who were desire to work together & their units got established & remaining beneficiaries got linked for wage employment. Coordinating with one another , now they have been earning smoothly & are happy. Doing all above, care India not only developed confidence of the beneficiaries but also conveyed a massage in the area by presenting a successes story.
Beneficiaries Also learnt entire training attentively. In regard herbal product care India conducted this one separate training in rural area in Dehradun district in north India namely ammbiwala village. We selected fifty female youth beneficiaries from ammbiwala & its four nearest villages considering with gram pardhan & repudiated local inhabitants. Care India gave them two months training in several herbal product making like jam, jelly.achar, vegetables badiya. These all product are much demanding in here’s local market & raw material also easily available in local markets. Care India got them linked with banks for financial assistance. Now, Gaining skill, they have been working & earning their living perfectly. They all thanked to care India to develop their confidence & success story.
