Who are we?

Care India is a Non Governmental Organization based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Registered in 2003 under the Registrar of Societies Act 1860, Care India has been an actively working in the field of skill development, livelihood programs, pubic awareness and education. Since its inception, Care India has effectively launched & implemented several development projects in more than 11 states across the nation benefiting more than thousands of people. In principle, we strive for sustainable development through primary health care, Adult Literacy including legal literacy, diversified agriculture, gender empowerment and community participation.

The organization has engaged itself in different educational, social and medical services for the persons well as that needy, especially from the tribal belt.

Our Mission

Care India is driven by the aim to empower underprivileged youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes to lead a better lifestyle. To create a self-reliant and ecologically aware society that ensures sustainable resource management and where people can live, think and act with dignity and in the absence of discrimination and inequality concerning religion, caste, color or gender.
